- +1 year of total experience in loyalty and user relation management.
- Strong in communication and relationship building.
- High ability to design a valuable loyalty program for different segments.
- Strong analysis & planning skills.
- Willing to grow and learn new techniques.
- Strong understanding of marketing and customers relationship science.
- Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written.

- # Analysis:
•Analysis for competitors’ programs of loyalty.
•Analysis for Other brands’ programs of loyalty.
•Analysis for different loyalty campaigns and running programs for different user profiles. - Design:
•Design loyalty programs for different segments.
•Design different activities on different seasons and key events.
•Cooperate with different teams and vendors to maximize the value of the program. - Implementation & Reporting:
•Action Plan of the program.
•Run different programs, evaluate and analyze campaign.
•Enhance the campaign and user relationship.
•Report the key activities, key results and next action plan.
